We, at the Nationwide Suri Music Concours (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') handles all personal information and observes "Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." (hereinafter, the "Information and Communications Network Act") Company notifies the Applicants how personal information will use through "Protection of Personal Information" and report how the law will act for the protection of applicants' personal information.

When the Company amends the Terms of Use, it shall post a public notice with clear statement of the application date and the reason of amendment as well as the current Terms of Use.

- In principle, the personal information of the applicants is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use of the personal information has been accomplished.

Company destroys personal information following the procedure and method stated below.
A. Procedure of disposal
- The data entered by users for member registration is transferred to a separate database once the purpose is achieved (hard copies are moved to a separate cabinet), saved for a certain period in accordance with the internal policy and the reason of information protection stated by other relevant legislation (see period of retention and use), and destroyed.
- The corresponding personal information is not used for the purpose other than for retention, unless that purpose derives from the law.
B. Method of disposal
- Personal information printed on paper will be shredded or incinerated.
- Personal information saved in electronic file format will be erased using a technology that does not allow recovery of records.

The company will never provide user information to any third parties expect under the following circumstances:
- when the user personally agrees to such provisions in advance
- when the law requires the Company to do so
- when the Company is required to cooperate with a state institution, a local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and at such a time, when obtaining the users prior consent could impede the aims of the authorities

The Company may entrust, to the extent the Company considers necessary to achieve the intended purpose concerning the use of Services, the handling of personal information collected from users, in whole or in part, to a trustee. In such circumstances, the Company will adequately assess the eligibility of the trustee, impose a confidentiality agreement upon the trustee, ask the applicants for agreements, and establish an appropriate information administration system.

The Company will not operate the services such as Cookie, which automatically collect personal information when the applicants use Internet Explorer.

If users have any uncertainty about this Privacy Policy or questions, complaints, or comments on the handling of personal information related to the Services, users are asked to contact us as follows.
